Seven Horse Cement
Seven horse is the hydraulic binding material which ground by mixing 95-100% clinker with an appropriate amount of gypsum. 52.5 grade Portland cement is widely used for the construction of high-rise buildings, roads, dams, bridges, flyovers, etc. The compressive strength, initial setting time, loss on ignition, soundness of seven horse, and eastern cement keep up in the range of 55-65 MPa, 90-120 minutes, 0.30-0.65%, 0.2-0.8% respectively which accomplish the requirement of BDSEN197-1:2010.

Eastern Portland composite cement is CEM-II/AM class which consists of clinker, gypsum, fly ash, limestone, and slag. It controls 90-94% clinker which is higher than CEMII/BM of 65-79%. Eastern cement is suitable in the climate of Bangladesh. This type of cement is worldwide use in large construction, bridge, and also in mass concreting. The reactive silicon dioxide of supplementary cementitious materials i.e. fly and slag react with the secondary Ca(OH)2 and produce excess C-S-H gel that provide extra strength in concrete and increase durability.

Supreme
Supreme Portland composite cement consists of the grinding of 65-79% of clinker, 21-35% of limestone, fly ash, and slag with the appropriate amount of calcium sulphate as setting time regulator. The composite cement of supreme and seven horse are appropriate to produce high dense, moderate heat of hydration, well workable, low shrinkage concrete. Generally, this type of cement is used in normal concrete, plastering, concrete for large and small pre-casted element foundation of supporting. Supreme and Seven horse Cement are suitable for low carbon footprint concrete.
